What exactly do you supply?

Elevator cabin and car interior decoration systems: ceilings, doors, wall panels, floors, handrails and related trim, across 16+ designs in six series. We also supply platform lift cabins for accessibility projects.

Can you customize according to our drawings?

Yes. We support OEM and ODM projects — car dimensions, door arrangement, COP integration, material mix and branding can all be adapted. Send your drawings or reference images and we will confirm feasibility.

Which materials are available?

Brushed and mirror stainless steel, black titanium and titanium-gold finishes, art steel panels, fireproof wood and stone facings, slate, marble, PVC and carpet floors, leather, velvet, teak and art glass. Every design ships with its own spec sheet.

What are typical lead times?

For catalog designs, production generally takes 15–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity. Custom projects are quoted individually with the lead time stated in the quotation.

How is shipping arranged?

We support EXW, FOB, CIF and door-to-door arrangements. Orders are export-packed with protective film, corner guards and sea-worthy cartons or crates, and export documentation is prepared for your destination market.

Can we get samples first?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We share high-resolution renderings for approval at quotation stage, and physical material samples can be arranged per project. Sample production cost and freight are confirmed before sampling.

Question 7

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Typical terms are T/T, with a deposit at order confirmation and the balance before shipment (or against BL copy, agreed per contract). Terms are confirmed in the quotation for each order.

Do you support OEM branding for elevator companies?

Yes. We can adapt designs and branding for elevator manufacturers, contractors and trading partners, including exclusive design series under agreement.
